Pippa recommends: These pencils are uniquely made and should be treated with loving care. The formula is a compacted powder, and needs to be blended out softly to disperse the product on the eye. The Pippa of London Dual Sharpener is strongly recommended as the sharp blades will not crumble the formula and will provide your Magic Star Pencil with a perfectly pointed tip.
Best use: How to use: Apply the pencil directly onto a clean and primed lid in strokes where you would like the colour to sit. Blend out the edges softly with brush or fingers before applying your next colour directly on top, on the crease line or at the outer edge. Build dimension and depth using colours that are enhanced through contrast. Can also be used as a single stroke eyeliner across the upper lid line.
PIPPA TIP: To achieve greater intensity and to create a halo effect, reapply the same colours onto the lid and blend out just the edges. Pat your favourite shimmer shadow in the centre lid for a jeweled effect!
Best used with: The Magic Star Pencils are ideal on a primed or moistened eyelid, such as with concealer or foundation.
